1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or registering for any DotCom Agri-Life service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility to register
Field Mechanic, Distributor, Dealer, and Retailer registrations are open to individuals and businesses operating lawfully within Ethiopia. Applicants must provide accurate information and valid supporting documents.
3. Verification and approval
Submitting a registration form does not guarantee acceptance into the network. Our team reviews each application and may request additional documentation before approval.
4. Service bookings
Tractor rental, technician, and advisory bookings are subject to provider availability. Pricing communicated at the time of booking is final unless the scope of work changes.
5. User conduct
You agree not to submit false information, upload fraudulent documents, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6. File uploads
Uploaded files must be genuine, relevant supporting documents (PDF, JPG, or PNG) not exceeding the stated size limit. We reserve the right to reject submissions with invalid or suspicious attachments.
7. Limitation of liability
DotCom Agri-Life facilitates connections between farmers and service providers but is not liable for the quality of equipment or services rendered by independent registered providers.
8. Changes to services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
